It also supports EU AI Act Article 4 AI literacy requirements.

The MinnaLearn subscription: AI onboarding and expansion content

AI onboarding is MinnaLearn’s subscription for organizations. It onboards every employee to safe AI use with the organization’s own AI governance built in. It is tool-agnostic: the skills and policies apply to whichever AI tools the organization uses, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Employees take the Get AI Ready course.

  • Governance built in: Admins add the organization’s own AI policies to the course, so employees learn company rules alongside foundational AI skills.
  • EU AI Act: Supports Article 4 AI literacy requirements. Organizations can track completion status to show staff were trained.
  • Expansion content included: The subscription includes new expansion courses as they are released. AI for Processes was released in October 2026. Introduction to AI Agents and AI Use Cases are coming by December 2026.
  • Kept current: MinnaLearn updates the course as AI tools and rules change.
  • Languages: Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish, and Ukrainian.
  • Results: Completion rate above 80%, compared with under 15% for typical online courses. The European Parliament uses it to train its staff.
  • Delivery: On MinnaLearn’s hosted platform, or in the organization’s own LMS through a SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI package. LMS delivery is part of the Enterprise plan.
  • Pricing: Seat-based, with a minimum of 50 seats. Prices start at 1,452€ per year for 50 seats, which is 2.42€ per user per month. Seats above 50, 100, 250, and 500 cost less per user, and more than 1,000 seats is priced on request. One course language is included; each extra language is 1,500€ per year. Anyone can calculate a yearly price with the pricing tool.
