What are learning groups?

In learning groups students embark on shared training experiences and collaborative learning. Together they study our award-winning online content and periodically meet to share insights, complete challenges and keep each other accountable.

This hybrid way of learning takes the best of e-learning (accessible, bite-sized and on-demand) and combines it with the benefits of traditional training (social engagement, collaboration, diverse viewpoints).

Learning groups are designed for continuously rolling out learning to entire companies.

Bite-sized content

Efficient and scalable top-of-the-class online content is easy for students to jump in anywhere, anytime.

Social encouragement

Interactive facilitated get-togethers in dynamic peer groups bring theory to practise with shared challenges.

Sustained top-of-mind

Weekly learning letters keep students on track and active communication outside the classroom keeps the group interacting.

Learning Groups in your company

1.
Kicking off Learning Groups
Trial the service with a few dedicated Learning Groups of 6-10 participants
2.
Continuous learning
After the trial enroll in a yearly program of 50+ seats. This allows for continuous learning and benefits.
3.
Deepen and develop together
As time goes choose new topics, modify the seat count to match demand and participate in co-creation of new content

Case example: Learning Groups in employee on-boarding

A company hires 100 new employees every year. Early in the onboarding process employees join Essence of Agile learning groups.

Cohorts launch on demand monthly and allow employees to learn shared working methods, terminology and healthy ways to cope with workloads from the get go. Starting early builds bonds between workers and improves their confidence.
