How does it work?

MinnaLearn Voyage is a continuous learning solution for future forward companies. The solution combines our award winning learning content, verified peer-learning method, and platform. You are in the driver’s seat to deliver the magic natively in your company culture and industry.

Become a facilitator of MinnaLearn courses by joining our Train the facilitator -program. Learn how our courses work, what is our method and how to facilitate learning in efficient cohort batches.

What are the steps?

Step 1. Attend a Learning Group to experience the method first hand. Share insights and tips with your cohort.

Step 2.  Prepare to launch your own learning group. We host sparring sessions to prepare you for comfortably facilitating your first own session.

Step 3. Run your first Learning Group. A MinnaLearn expert will observe and evaluate your sessions. After debriefing you receive a certificate to continue delivering learning independently.

Step 4. Run unlimited Learning Groups for your teams and clients. Our platform brings you new topics, takes the load off session preparation and helps with monitoring and reporting. The community supports you to continuously improve your performance.

Our impact

  • The idea has a simple, Nordic ring to it: Start by teaching 1 percent of the country's population, or about 55,000 people, the basic concepts at the root of artificial technology, and gradually build on the number over the next few years.

    Politico, Finlands grand AI experiment

  • I am very impressed by the focus on AI in Finland and the training 1% of Finland's population in AI – I wish it's a template which other countries can use.

    Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google

  • Finland for instance has shown the path – training – the population to get basic knowledge on how AI works and can be used. Appropriation by the greatest number is a key priority. I suggest that the EU-commission set up the same goal whole european population.

    Emmanuel Macron, President of France

  • I encourage everyone to take this #elementsofAI course.

    Sauli Niinistö, President of Finland
